1. Principle about lab plan and design

2. The configuration method for standard laboratory.
Center place in laboratory: It’s the space for center lab bench, the sink station is often installed on side position of vertical direction of center bench or middle position of center bench. The reagent shelf or fume extractor can be put above center bench.
Right position near with window: placing wall bench, workable table, balance table, reagent shelf for wall bench, universal combined frame, wall mounted cabinet.
Right position near the door: placing fume hood, lab bench, sink station, drying shelf, medicine cabinet, storage cabinet(the position for fume hood should be convenient for connecting the ventilation pipes).
Left and right of the door: Placing safety equipment including emergency shower, eye wash and fire extinguisher.
Left position near the door: placing fume hood, wall bench, reagent shelf for wall bench, sink station, wall mounted cabinet, or big equipment.
Left position near the window: placing wall bench, working table, reagent shelf for wall bench, or big equipment.
Wind position: It’s suitable to place wall bench, testing station, microscope station because it’s with nice vision when operating.
3. Construction for lab facilities

Adjusting air by fume hood
The poisonous air caused by fume hood is discharging together with laboratory at same time. The air volume of fume hood should be calculated into the total load when you design the air conditioner in the laboratory. One of the method to reduce the air volume from fume hood to lab room is to select the supplying wind fume hood which can introduce the air directly.
